Keith - Co-Founder
Keith works in technology, currently working at Cyber Security Unicorn Wiz. He recently moved back to Chicago but found his passion to launch his first rental while living in Nashville. Keith is getting married in 2024 to his fiance and high school sweetheart Morgan. He has a passion for traveling to new destinations and discovering the best food places across the world.
Brian - Co-Founder
Born into a family deeply rooted in residential real estate, Brian's path toward becoming a commercial real estate broker at CBRE, the world's largest real estate firm, felt almost inevitable. His parents' influence ignited a passion for the industry, which, when combined with his love of travel, eventually led him to embark on his exciting journey into the world of short-term rentals.
Nathan - Co-Founder
Nathan works in technology, including currently at Snowflake. Nathan’s STR journey started in December 2021 when him and Keith bought their first property together in Nashville, TN. Nathan and Caitlin are married, live in Glencoe, and love traveling with their son Brooks.
Caitlin - Co-Founder
Caitlin leads a technology sales team at Dell Inc. Caitlin has had a passion for interior and exterior design since she was little and without knowing it, became a professional host via her parents' regular parties and events.
